At Cardiff Fashion Club, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we aim to make the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Return Policy
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the return meets the conditions outlined below. Please be aware that all return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any customs or import fees. Our fulfilment centre is based in China, and international return costs can typically range between $20 and $40, depending on your chosen courier service.
We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
How to Return an Item in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1 – Contact Us
Send an email to info@cardifffashionclub.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address for our warehouse in China.
Step 2 – Send Your Return
Ship your item back to the address we provide. Please make sure the parcel is securely packed and shipped with a trackable courier service. The sender (you) bears full responsibility for the shipment until it reaches us.
Step 3 – Receive Your Refund
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets all eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

The product must be in original condition.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All tags and labels must be attached.

The item must show no signs of wear beyond basic fitting.

Deliberately ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or refunded at a reduced rate.
Liability & Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking.

If tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund.

Please ensure you double-check your delivery address during checkout. If you've entered an incorrect address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage outside of our control.

All returns must be sent to our supplier's warehouse in Asia. Any fees incurred during the return process are at the customer’s expense.

If a return is due to a customer decision (such as a change of mind or incorrect size), the return shipping fee must be paid by the customer. The amount depends on the courier you choose.
